Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Trusteed. We've kept them in plain language on purpose. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Trusteed is an AI marketing system for local service businesses, operated from Gilbert, Arizona. You can reach us at hello@trusteed.app.

2. What the service does

Trusteed turns the work you already do (photos, videos, and details about your business) into marketing content: social posts, business profile updates, website articles, and ad drafts. It also reads performance data from accounts you connect so it can tell you what's working.

3. Nothing publishes without your approval

This is the core rule of the product and of these terms. Trusteed drafts and stages; you activate. Nothing is posted to your accounts, no ad is changed, and no money is spent without your explicit approval of that specific item. Because you approve everything before it goes out, you are responsible for the content you approve, including its accuracy and its compliance with laws and platform rules that apply to your business.

4. Your content

You own everything you upload and everything Trusteed drafts for your business. You give us permission to store and process that content, and to publish it to your connected accounts when you approve it. That's the whole license; we don't use your content for anything else.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your website, you're telling us you have the authority to connect that account, and your use of those platforms stays subject to their own terms. You can disconnect any account at any time. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take, such as review processes, rate limits, or account suspensions.

6. AI-generated content

Drafts are written by AI and checked by automated quality gates, but AI can make mistakes. Review drafts before approving them. We don't guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, or revenue.

7. Acceptable use

Use Trusteed for your own business's legitimate marketing. Don't use it to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful, and don't attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.

8. Fees

Trusteed is currently in early access. If we introduce or change pricing, we'll tell you clearly and in advance, and you can cancel before any charge applies.

9. Cancellation and termination

You can stop using Trusteed at any time; email us and we'll delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes and governing law

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
